Catholic Executive Coaching

Bring your work, leadership, and faith into powerful alignment—with a seasoned guide who walks the walk.

What Is Catholic Executive Coaching?

Catholic Executive Coaching is a faith-integrated leadership practice designed for professionals and business leaders who desire excellence in their work while growing in Christian virtue. It pairs proven secular practices (goal-setting, strategic planning, accountability) with a grounded Catholic vision of human dignity, service, and stewardship—helping you lead with purpose rooted in Gospel values.
This approach reaches beyond typical coaching by connecting your ambitions to the common good and your call to holiness.

Who Benefits from Coaching?
  • Catholic professionals, executives, or entrepreneurs seeking clarity and direction in their vocations

  • Leaders who want to cultivate virtuous leadership—humility, integrity, compassion—in their teams and organizations

  • Anyone looking for work-life balance, resilience, and alignment between their professional goals and Church teaching

  • Leaders in nonprofit, catechetical, or parish settings seeking ethically aligned strategy and leadership formation.

How We Coach: A Transformative Journey (3–6 Month Framework)

1. Spiritual-Professional Assessment: Grounded evaluation of your values, relationships, work calling, and dominant “deadlocks” (like pride, fear, or distraction)—inspired by the Ignatian pattern of examen.

2. Vision & Strategy Development: Align your personal mission, leadership strengths, and desired outcomes into a cohesive roadmap that honors your spiritual commitments and real-life responsibilities.

3. Regular Coaching Sessions: 45–60 minute one-on-one sessions, weekly or biweekly, combining self-reflection, coaching tools, intentional action planning, and review.

4. Leadership in Community (optional add‑on) Participatory peer reflection groups or team‑coaching to build a wholesome culture and shared vision across your circle.

5. Ongoing Spiritual Accompaniment (Optional) integration with monthly spiritual direction, or physician check-ins—offered by our multidisciplinary team.

What makes our Coaching Services unique?
  • True Integration of Faith, Work & Vocation: We help you pursue leadership as a form of service to our Lord—reflecting Pope St. John Paul II’s call to sanctify the secular sphere by leavening it with Gospel values.

  • Spirit-Centered & Participant-Led:

Inspired by Catholic Leadership Institute’s model of prayerful, dignity-based coaching, we recognize God’s action within you. Our role is to listen, guide, and support.

  • Holistic Care Team: Led by Dr. Krysti, our team includes a psychologist/board-certified executive coach, spiritual directors, and professionals—all trained in Catholic holistic health. Coaching clients can access seamless support across emotional, spiritual, and cognitive domains.

  • Ethically Responsible: Our coaching upholds Catholic moral teaching on human dignity, corporate responsibility, and the ethics of leadership. We avoid secular relativism while serving clients of all cultural backgrounds with integrity.
